Our floor plans are just starting points. Doing all of the design work and engineering in house, we can completely customize the home of your dreams. Start with one of our floor plans, or one of your own, and change it until you're happy.

I wanted to add another rave!!! Thank you Mike, Bev, Rick and Bob!! I cannot thank each of you enough!!! My experience with Panelized Homes was completely stress-free and painless!! I was widowed 8 months before we broke ground and many family members discouraged me from taking on such a project as building a house. EVERYDAY Mike and Bev were there for me and made me feel like family. I was comfortable calling anytime of day with any questions! I now own a beautiful home for me and my three children!! We just celebrated our one year anniversary and there has been no problems whatsoever!! I received help from planning the utilities to financial concerns through Creekside Funding!! Everyone was welcoming and I never felt taken advantage of with any of the sub-contractors!! I even hired my framer, Jeff, for my back deck and this year will be privacy fencing!! If anyone is interested in building you are the only choice I would offer!!
